    When a simple B&B doesn't do, the Villa does - and we do it to the maximum! Rent the entire Villa for an escape like no other. 

    While no specialty amenities are included, all the bragging rights are and so are the 2 bedrooms with full baths and private decks, lounge/living space and kitchen.

    Holiday Weekends require a minimum 3 night stay.

  • The Regal Retreat The perfect escape from the daily demands of the world. A weekend of indulgence is just what the doctor ordered.

    This package includes but not limited to:

    • Friday: a Charturerie plate of local farm fare and house cider (weather permitting on the outside deck) as your personal butler will light a fire for you 
    • Saturday: breakfast in bed, couples massage, and romatic private dinner.
    • Sunday: a day of leisure, starting with a champagne breakfast!

  • The Royal Let us be your personal assistant for a stress-free speical day.
    Starting at $4,500

    This package includes but is not limited to: 

    • Thursday: gourmet refreshments and amenities for decompression  
    • Friday: locally sourced farm-style breakfast 
    • Saturday: breakfast for 10 while you enjoy the use of the private dressing parlor (available late summer 2019) and time with friends
    • Sunday: Couples Champagne breakfast, check out time at your leisure
  • The Monarchy A cocktail open bar reception for up to 30 people for 3 hours, plus all of the Villa's ammenities for a truly royal experience.

    This package includes but is not limited to:

    • Thursday: gourmet refreshments and amenities for decompression   
    • Friday: Locally sourced farm-to-table breakfast and later, Cocktail reception: your choice of four different menus, up to 30 people, with open bar
    • Saturday: breakfast for 10, while you enjoy the use of the private dressing parlor (available late summer 2019) and time with friends
    • Sunday: couple's Champagne breakfast and check out time of your leisure. 
  • All Hail the Queen/King The complete package from cocktail reception to farwell brunch. 
    Starting at $15,000

    Bask in the unbridled oppulence of the complete Villa Sposa package - unmatched attention to detail, the ultimate in luxury for your special event.

    This package includeds but is not limited to. 

    • Thursday: gourmet delicacies and refreshments available upon your scheduled arrival and couples massage to decompress 
    • Friday: Locally sourced farm-to-table breakfast, and later the cocktail reception with a choice of four different menus - up to 40 people, with open bar.
    • Saturday: breakfast for 10, while you enjoy the use of the private dressing parlor (available late summer 2019) and time with friends. 
    • Sunday: Farwell champagne brunch for 30 people 
    • Monday: leisurely check out
